A morning routine that finally stuck
Every productivity article promises that waking up at five will change your life. It did not change mine; it only made me tired by noon.
What stuck was simpler: tea before the phone, ten minutes of reading, and a short walk regardless of the weather. None of it is impressive, which is probably why it lasted.
The lesson, if there is one, is that a routine should feel like a small reward rather than a test.
